Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing and brand content services, all sales are generally considered final once work has commenced. We are committed to delivering high-quality results and will work with clients to resolve any concerns.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Services have not yet been initiated and a cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment
- MARKET RIOPINK LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control
- A significant deviation from the agreed project scope has occurred without client approval
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed deliverables that have been approved by the client
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., software, stock assets, ad spend)
- Partial work completed prior to a cancellation request
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the issue arising. Include your name, order or invoice number, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
